Held Happenings

1. We are thankful to have many wonderful friends and family praying for a special intention of ours.

2. God is good to us. His Mother is listening and asking for our prayers to be heard.

3. We are praying the O Antiphons nightly. We haven't prayed them before this year.

4. Boo is getting excited for Santa!!! We actually had an email from Santa yesterday!

5. I saw the Nativity movie which was very well done. How can one not feel moved with compassion for our Jewish brethren? How can one not love St. Joseph more after seeing this portrayal?

6. We celebrated Our Lady of Guadalupe with our family, ate dinner by candlelight on the feast of St. Lucy and ordered pizza on the feast of St. John of the Cross. We like to combine God, Mary, the saints and food together whenever possible. :)

7. There are many presents for family under our tree.

8. Boo read two books last night from the Bob series. Small steps make Hup and me very proud!

9. Hup and Boo's father/son club is a very good time for them.

10. We went on a sleigh ride and to see the Christmas lights and displays on Saturday night...just the three of us...joyful...we even had hot chocolate and cookies! :)
