100 books

We have reached one of our goals today! Boo has listened to 100 picture books during the start of his Kindergarten year. We are learning how to count backwards and this seemed like an effective way. Each day as Boo listened to new picture books and old favorites we would count on our # sheet backwards. Boo would cross out with a big X or color the squares so we would know how many more we needed/wanted to hear.

He is happily munching Pringles and watching the story of "Big Al" a BBC special about an Allosaurus. Apparently, counting backwards has perks when you in kindergarten!
